§ 11-4-8 DENSITY SCHEDULE FOR B AND CI DISTRICTS.

   All B and CI Districts shall comply with the following density schedule:

 

	B Business	Cl Commercial And Industrial
Maximum height of building	65 feet	65 feet
Minimum front setback	40 feet from centerline of street	40 feet from centerline of street
Minimum rear setback	13 feet from centerline of alley	13 feet from centerline of alley
Minimum side yard	NR*	NR*
Note to table: NR means none required, except as might be required by the Council.
