§ 11-4-6 USES PERMITTED IN O DISTRICT.

   The following uses are permitted in the O District: all uses permitted in the B District in § 11-4-4; provided, each use has a minimum lot area of ten acres.

§ 11-4-7 DENSITY SCHEDULE FOR R DISTRICT.

   All R districts shall comply with the following density schedule:

Maximum height of buildings:
Accessory building	25 feet
Principal building	35 feet
Minimum floor area per dwelling	800 square feet
Minimum front yard:
Accessory building	45 feet
Principal building	20 feet
Minimum lot area per dwelling	5,000 square feet
Minimum lot width per dwelling	50 feet
Minimum rear yard:
Accessory building (unattached)	3 feet
Principal building:
Aggregate for each lot	14 feet
Any one yard	7 feet

§ 11-4-8 DENSITY SCHEDULE FOR B AND CI DISTRICTS.

   All B and CI Districts shall comply with the following density schedule:

Maximum height of building	65 feet	65 feet
Minimum front setback	40 feet from centerline of street	40 feet from centerline of street
Minimum rear setback	13 feet from centerline of alley	13 feet from centerline of alley
Minimum side yard	NR*	NR*
