§ 7-5-3 VALID DRIVER’S OR CHAUFFEUR’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No snowmobile shall be operated unless the driver thereof has in his or her possession a valid driver’s or chauffeur’s license issued under the motor vehicle laws of the state.
