351.06 SELLING, WASHING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY; ADVERTISING DISPLAY.

No person shall park any vehicle displayed for sale upon a highway or operate or park on any highway any vehicle for the primary purpose of displaying advertising.

No person shall repair, wash, polish or clean any vehicle on a highway, or park any vehicle for the purpose of such acts. This section shall not prohibit making necessary emergency repairs to permit a vehicle to proceed.
