(a) No person shall stand or park any vehicle, except while actually loading or unloading, in or upon that portion of any street, highway or public place contiguous to and opposite any passageway, fire escape, emergency exit or main entrance of any theater, auditorium, church, or other place of public assembly.
(b) No person in charge of any theater, auditorium, church or other place of public assembly shall fail or neglect to designate the area in which parking is prohibited by subsection (a) hereof by placing signs or stanchions approved by the Police Department.
(c) No person shall stand or park any vehicle on a public street within five feet of a public or private driveway, measured from the edge of the driveway, at either side, where it opens to the street. (Ord. 51-2018. Passed 7-16-18.)
