1045.38 2009 WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY PROJECT DEBT ASSESSMENT (WWTFDA).

Effective July 1, 2022, a wastewater debt assessment shall be applicable to all customers of the City of Sidney Combined Utilities Fund on a monthly billing basis of five dollars ($5.00). Said assessment will go directly to the debt service payment of 2009 Waste Water Treatment Facility Project and be in effect until the debt is retired on June 30, 2030 whichever shall come first.
