860.05 EXEMPTIONS.

A roofing contractor license shall not be required for work performed by the property owner of a single-family dwelling which he or she owns or occupies as their home. However, home owners shall be required to meet the permit and code requirements in Section 860.04 and shall be subjected to the penalties and fines in Chapter 1421 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
