860.04 COMPLIANCE WITH CODES.

Permits shall be required for the construction, erection, enlargement, alteration, repair, removal and replacement of roofing systems and shall be issued in accordance with Chapter 1421 of the City's Code of Ordinances. Roofing systems shall meet the requirement of the building codes adopted in Chapter 1421.
