1620.05 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the N.F.P.A. 101 Life Safety Code, as adopted in Section 1620.01, and a provision of these Codified Ordinances or any other local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the latter shall control. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the N.F.P.A. 101 Life Safety Code and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the City by reference, the higher or stricter standard shall control.
