1490.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF INSPECTOR.

In order to take advantage of progress and change in the industry, the City Inspector may consult with members of the industry and other qualified persons and may put into effect reasonable rules and regulations not in conflict with the provisions of this Television Code.
