(a) Whoever continues a violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 1045.36 or violates or fails to comply with any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues beyond such time limit.
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the City by reason of such violation.
