1045.09 CONNECTIONS; PERMIT AND LICENSED PERSONNEL REQUIRED.

No person shall uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter or disturb, any public sewer or appurtenance thereto without first obtaining a written permit therefor from the City Manager. The owner of a premises to which the City sewerage system is available must employ a licensed plumber or drain layer to make the necessary connection to the premises.
