1045.05 UNLAWFUL DISCHARGES INTO NATURAL OUTLETS.

No person shall discharge into any natural outlet in the City, or into any area under the jurisdiction of the City, any wastewater or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 1039. Passed 5-8-84.)
