(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be required to pay the City the cost of restoring or reconstructing any street, alley, public ground, sidewalk, curb, gutter, culvert or pavement damaged by such person by such violation.
