1032.04 REMOVAL OF DIRT, STONES, ETC., FROM STREETS.

No person shall remove, disturb or take away from any street, avenue, alley or public ground within the City any dirt, earth, stones or other material forming a part of such street, avenue, alley or public ground without first having obtained written permission to do so from Council.
