No person shall:
(a) Enter or secretly remain in any building, or any separately secured or occupied portion thereof, knowing that he or she is not licensed or privileged to do so;
(b) Knowing that he or she is not licensed or privileged to do so, enter or remain on an improved lot or any parcel of real estate as to which notice against trespass is given by:
(1) Actual communication to the actor;
(2) Posting in a manner prescribed by law or reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders; or
(3) Fencing or other enclosure manifestly designed to exclude intruders; or
(c) Trespass upon any public parking lot, park ground, golf course or recreational area or facility within the City in violation of posted hours.
