No person shall steal any money, goods or chattel of any kind, whether the same is wholly in money or wholly in property of some other character, or partly in money and partly in other property, of a value of less than one hundred dollars ($100.00). No person shall receive or conceal any such property with intent to defraud the owner thereof.
