Whenever the Director finds that any or all of the conditions which gave rise to a parking prohibition in effect pursuant to this chapter no longer exist, he or she may declare the prohibition terminated, in whole or in part, in the same manner as set forth in Section 466.06 for declarations of snow emergency, effective immediately upon announcement of such declaration of termination.
