464.09 COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF DEPOSITS.

It shall be the duty of the City Manager to designate some person to make legal collections of the money deposited in parking meters and to deliver the money to the Clerk-Treasurer. It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to place such money in the special fund to be known as the Parking Meter Fund. Such person making such collections shall be a bonded employee of the City.
