434.03 RECKLESS OR CARELESS DRIVING.

(a) No person shall operate, park or stop a vehicle within the corporate limits of the City in a manner as to indicate an indifferent or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.

(b) No person shall operate, park or stop a vehicle upon the streets or alleys within the corporate limits of the City in a careless manner or without due caution so as to endanger a person or property.
