434.02 CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF BODY FLUIDS AS EVIDENCE.

In any prosecution for a violation of Section 434.01, evidence by chemical analysis of the alcoholic content of body fluids determined in the manner provided in Sections 39-669.08 et seq., Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, Reissue of 1974, as amended, shall be admissible in evidence under the same circumstances and with the same presumptions as provided in such statutes.
