254.04 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
   No member or employee of the Community Development Agency shall voluntarily acquire any interest, direct or indirect, in any redevelopment project or in any property included in, or planned by the Agency to be included in, any project or in any contract or proposed contract in connection with any such project. Where the acquisition of such interest is not voluntary, such member or employee shall immediately disclose such interest in writing to the Agency and such disclosure shall be entered into the minutes of the Agency. If any member or employee of the Agency presently owns or controls, or has owned or controlled within the preceding two years, an interest, direct or indirect, in any property included in or planned by the Agency to be included in any redevelopment project, such member or employee shall immediately disclose such interest in writing to the Agency and such disclosure shall be entered into the minutes of the Agency. Upon such disclosure, such member or employee of the Agency shall not participate in any action by the Agency affecting such property.
