254.03 AUTHORITY.

The Community Development Agency shall function in the manner prescribed in this chapter and may exercise all of the power and authority granted to a community redevelopment authority pursuant to Sections 18-2101 to 18-2144 and Sections 18-2147 to 18-2154 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as amended.
