All license fees shall be paid to the Liquor Control Commissioner at the time application is made and shall be forthwith turned over to the Village Treasurer. In the event the license applied for is denied, the license fee shall be returned to the applicant, but not the nonrefundable fifty dollar ($50.00) filing fee. (Ord. 2015-4, 4-14-2015)
