A. Time And Place For Meetings; Notice: The board of local improvements shall meet at such times and places as the board shall from time to time deem necessary and appropriate. Notice of such meetings shall be posted or published in accord with the requirements of the open meetings act 1 and other applicable laws and statutes governing the conduct of the board of local improvements.
B. Minutes And Records: In addition, the board of local improvements shall keep minutes of its meetings and records of all its ordinances and actions, which records shall be deposited with the village clerk and available for public inspection in accordance with applicable statutes and procedures.
