2-1-1: STATUTE AUTHORITY; BOARD CREATED; MEMBERSHIP:
Pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/9-2-7, a board of local improvements is hereby created, which shall consist of the village president and six (6) village trustees. The village president shall be the president of the board of local improvements. (Ord. 1994-13, 6-7-1994; amd. 2010 Code)
