1-9-7: DENIAL; REVOCATION:

The failure to pay in full when due any recoverable cost or deposit required under this chapter shall be grounds for refusing to process a petition or application and for denying or revoking any permit or license, or any approval otherwise sought. (Ord. 2011-19, 12-6-2011)
