11-1-7: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any subdivider who shall violate any of the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day that a violation hereof shall continue and shall be punishable as such. (1984 Code § 6-1-5)
