A. Outdoor advertising sign structures shall be permitted in the AG agricultural district subject to the limitations as provided for in this chapter and as specified in the table of standards for outdoor advertising sign structures, subsection 10-10-14B of this chapter.
B. Outdoor advertising sign structures in the AG agricultural district shall be not closer than three hundred feet (300') to the nearest highway right of way or five hundred feet (500') to the nearest residential or public or semipublic property. Permits shall be valid for not longer than five (5) years. (1984 Code § 5-7-13; amd. 2010 Code)
C. Such structures shall be subject to a permit fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) with annual renewal of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per year (first year, $1,500.00). (1984 Code § 5-7-13)
