10-10-3: COMPLIANCE WITH PROVISIONS; SIGNS PROHIBITED ON PUBLIC WAYS:
No sign or outdoor advertising sign structure may be erected, constructed, established, maintained, enlarged or relocated or changed by any person except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter nor shall any sign or outdoor advertising structure be erected on a public right of way. (1984 Code § 5-7-4)
