10-4-1: PLAN ADOPTED:

The comprehensive plan for the village is hereby adopted by the village board of trustees. Said comprehensive plan will be used as the basis for updating the zoning and subdivision ordinances of the village, and shall be used as a guideline for approving or disapproving actions affecting growth and development within the jurisdiction of the village. (1984 Code § 5-1-6)
