9-4-2: PERMANENT USE; PARK REGULATIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any trailer coach or mobile home, used for human habitation, upon any plot of ground in the village, except in a mobile home park licensed and approved by the state . In addition, such mobile home park must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations of the village, state of Illinois and the United States of America.
