8-4-5: RULES:

The village shall from time to time make rules consistent with this chapter for the orderly, safe and sanitary operation of the program. Such rules and amendments shall be published, as enacted, in pamphlet form as provided by the Illinois Compiled Statutes. (Ord. 1993-3, 4-6-1993)
