8-4-2: PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAM:

A. Residents: Participation by residents shall be promoted by free distribution of one recycling bin to each residence. However, participation by residents shall be voluntary, not mandatory.

B. Waste Haulers: No waste hauler shall operate or conduct business within the village unless such waste hauler participates in the village recycling program as established by this chapter, as amended from time to time. (Ord. 1993-3, 4-6-1993)
