A. No person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works.
B. The grinder pump pressure sewer system facilities located on private property belong to the village and are not to be opened or tampered with in any way without written approval of the village. These facilities include:
1. The grinder pump basin and all equipment contained therein.
2. The control panel and all equipment contained therein.
3. The electrical service panel located within privately or publicly owned buildings.
4. Electrical service lines and conduits which are a part of the system.
5. Pressure piping and valves located on private property. (1984 Code § 7-4-5)
