7-2-2: TRUCKS, BUSES, FARM EQUIPMENT AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES:
   A.   Trucks: It shall be unlawful to park trucks weighing nine (9) tons or more, including semitrucks, whether connected to a trailer or otherwise, loaded or empty, on streets of the Village except for the purpose of loading or unloading. (Ord. 2006-27, 11-7-2006)
   B.   Buses, Farm Equipment, Recreational Vehicles And Trailers 1 : It shall be unlawful to park a bus having a rated seating capacity of twenty (20) or more passengers, farm equipment, construction equipment, recreational vehicles, motor homes, campers, boats, or detached trailers of any description or use on any public street or public place except for purposes of delivering or collecting goods and merchandise or for emergency purposes. It shall further be unlawful to park, place or locate any of the above-referenced vehicles, equipment or trailers, on or across a sidewalk within the Village.
   C.   Penalty: Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined a minimum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) and a maximum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each day the violation continues. (Ord. 2012-20, 12-4-2012)
