4-4-6: PENALTIES:
Any person convicted of a violation of any section within this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day an offense continues shall be treated as a separate offense. (Ord. 2012-12, 8-21-2012)
