A. No person, business, firm, corporation or similar entity shall operate a video gaming terminal within the Village unless authorized under this chapter and holding a valid permit as well as complying with the Video Gaming Act and meeting all requirements under same.
B. No person shall allow the placement or use of any video gaming terminal unless the terminal has been registered with the Village and a permit issued for same.
C. No person, business, firm, corporation or similar entity shall own a video gaming terminal being used within the Village without having a terminal operator permit issued by the Village.
D. No person, business, firm, corporation or similar entity shall act as a distributor within the Village without the issuance of a distributor's permit or a terminal operator's permit.
E. Every person or entity permitted under this chapter shall act in compliance with the Video Gaming Act, all rules and regulations promulgated by the Illinois Gaming Board and all other applicable laws.
F. No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall use or play a video gaming terminal nor shall any establishment allow same.
G. No riotous, disorderly, indecent, or offensive conduct of any kind shall be allowed in or about any establishment where video gaming is permitted. (Ord. 2012-12, 8-21-2012)
