A. No licensee nor any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of any licensee shall sell, give, or deliver any alcoholic liquor to any person who is, or who appears to be, intoxicated.
B. It is unlawful for any person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor, to sell, give, or deliver such alcoholic liquor to an intoxicated or apparently intoxicated person. (Ord. 2015-4, 4-14-2015)
