Each license issued under this chapter shall, unless terminated, revoked, or suspended, expire on June 30th following the issuance thereof, provided, however, that a Class F license shall be valid for not more than an eight-hour period and shall not be valid between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon. The normal licensing period shall be from July 1st through June 30th of each year, unless a license is issued or terminated at some other time during the year for individual circumstances.
