§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who:
      (1)   Uses a firearm, air gun, archery weapon or dangerous projectile except in a manner as authorized herein;
      (2)   Establishes, maintains and operates any firearms range without a permit, as provided by § 130.06, or in violation of restrictions and regulations imposed as conditions of the permit; or
      (3)   Disobeys a cease and desist order given in accordance with § 130.07
commits a penal violation and shall be liable to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each offense or for each day that a violation continues. ('85 Code, § 7-1-8) (Ord. 1985-C23, passed 9-16-85)
   (B)   Upon conviction of a violation of § 130.35, that person shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $50. ('85 Code, § 7-3-1) (Ord. 1974-C-1, passed 9-10-74; Am. Ord. 1985-C15, passed 9-16-85)
   (C)   When any persons are found, in the opinion of a police officer, to be violating the provisions of § 130.36, that officer shall order those persons to disperse and any persons who fail to disperse may be cited and shall be liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.    (D)   (1)   A person who violates § 130.41(A) commits an ordinance violation and upon a finding of violation shall be fined no less than $10 and no more than $2,500. However, if the person has been previously found to have violated § 130.41(A), the person shall be fined no less than $50 and no more than $2,500.
      (2)   A person who violates § 130.41(B) commits an ordinance violation and upon a finding of violation shall be fined no less than $10 and no more than $2,500. However, if the person has been previously found to have violated § 130.41(B), the person shall be fined no less than $50 and no more than $2,500.
      (3)   A person who violates § 130.41(C) commits an ordinance violation and upon a finding of violation shall be fined no less than $10 and no more than $2,500. However, if the person has been previously found to have violated § 130.41(C), the person shall be fined no less than $50 and no more than $2,500.
      (4)   A person who violates § 130.41(D) commits an ordinance violation and upon a finding of violation shall be fined no less than $10 and no more than $2,500. However, if the person has been previously found to have violated § 130.41(D), the person shall be fined no less than $50 and no more than $2,500.
      (5)   Each day a person violates any of the provisions of § 130.41 shall constitute a separate offense. More than one person may violate § 130.41 by the same person living in a single family residence in violation of §§ 130.40 and 130.41. (Ord. 2001-10-1, passed 10-9-01)
   (E)   A person who violates § 130.42(K)(1) commits an ordinance violation, and upon a finding of violation shall be fined no less than $10, and no more than $2,500. However, if the person has been previously found to have violated § 130.42(K)(1), the person shall be fined no less than $50 and no more than $2,500.
   (F)   A person who violates § 130.42(K)(2) commits an ordinance violation, and upon a finding of violation shall be fined no less than $10, and no more than $2,500. However, if the person has been previously found to have violated § 130.42(K)(2), the person shall be fined no less than $50 and no more than $2,500.
   (G)   Each day a person violates any provision of § 130.42 shall constitute a separate offense. More than one person may violate § 130.42(K) by committing separate offenses.
