§ 130.41 OFFENSES.
   (A)   No adult may sleep more than one night in a 21 day period in a single family residence that is not a member of the single family that is the owner or a tenant of the single family residence.
   (B)   A developer of a subdivision that expressly or impliedly requires, by covenant, written leases shall enforce the requirement of a covenant to have a written lease, as long as the covenants give the developer the power to enforce covenants, within ten days of written notice by an authorized representative or employee of the town.
   (C)   A responsible tenant may not permit an adult to live in the single family residence in violation of this subchapter.
   (D)   An owner of a single family residence who leases, rents, authorizes or permits more than a single family to reside in a single family residence violates this subchapter by each person living in the single family residence for each day that each person resides in the single family residence.
