(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any firefighter in attendance at a fire who neglects or refuses to obey the orders of the officer in command at such fire, per § 31.61(A) of this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5, nor more than $50, for each offense.

(2) Any person refusing to obey such orders, per § 31.61(B) of this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $200.

(C) The penalty for the violation of § 31.62 of this chapter shall be a fine of not less than $3, nor more than $10.
