(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Failure of any party to abide by the provisions of § 50.02 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $50. Each day a violation occurs shall be construed to be a separate offense.
