It is unlawful for the owner, lessee, or occupant of any building, premises, or structure, or the owner or person in control of any articles, materials, goods, wares, or merchandise, to fail or neglect to discharge the duties imposed by §§ 30.28 through 30.32 and 30.34, or the orders of the Chief of the Fire Department or the deputies appointed by him or her.
