§ 30.28 RIGHT OF ENTRY; INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Department, and any agents appointed by him or her, are empowered and authorized at any reasonable time to enter any premises, building, or structure within the city to examine and inspect its condition with regard to compliance with Chapter 91.
   (B)   The Chief or his or her agents may also examine and inspect the presence, arrangement, or deposit of any articles, materials, substances, goods, wares, or merchandise which may have a tendency to create the danger of fire, or personal injury or loss of life to the occupants of or persons in the premises, buildings, or structures in the case of fire.
   (C)   The Chief or his or her agents may examine or inspect with regard to the conditions, size, arrangements, and efficiency of any appliances for protection against fire in the premises, buildings, or structures.
   (D)   The Chief or his or her agents has the authority to require the installation of fire extinguishers or other fire protection devices on any premises within the city.
