§ 30.34 APPEAL OF ORDERS.
   (A)   Should the owner, lessee, or occupant of any premises, building, or structure, or the owner or person in control of any materials, goods, wares, or merchandise, consider himself or herself aggrieved by an order of a deputy inspector, he or she may, within 24 hours after the order has been served, appeal to the Chief.
   (B)   The Chief shall then make the order in the matter that he or she deems right and reasonable, and that order shall be final.
