§ 30.32 DUTY TO COMPLY WITH ORDERS.

   (A)   The orders provided for in §§ 30.31 and 30.34 shall be directed to the owner, lessee, or occupant of premises, building, or structure; or to the person in control or the owner of the articles, materials, goods, wares, or merchandise, as the circumstances may require.

   (B)   It is the duty of the owner, lessee, or occupant of the premises, building, or structure, and of the person in control or the owner of the articles, materials, goods, wares, and merchandise, to comply with those orders with all reasonable dispatch and diligence.
