Incarceration shall not be a penalty for a violation of this chapter. A person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined as follows:
A. The penalty for a first offense is fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. The minimum penalty for a second offense is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
C. The penalty for third and subsequent offenses is a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 840, 3-3-2020, eff. 11-3-2020)
