7-9-1: RIDING ON MAIN STREET:
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard, roller skates, rollerblades or scooter on the sidewalks of Main Street between Fifth Street and Montana Avenue. (Ord. 663, 2-19-1991; amd. 2008 Code; Ord. 797, 9-21-2009)
7-9-2: PENALTY:
The penalty for any violation of this chapter shall be an infraction subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 663, 2-19-1991; amd. 2008 Code)
