2-1-1: CREATED:
A board of adjustment is established as provided by statute. (1975 Code § 2.16.010)
2-1-2: MEMBERSHIP; TERMS:
The board shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the mayor, subject to the confirmation of the council, for terms of three (3) years. (1975 Code § 2.16.010)
2-1-3: MEETINGS; QUORUM:
The board shall hold its meetings in the council chamber in the city hall. The presence of three (3) members shall be necessary to constitute a quorum. (1975 Code § 2.16.010)
